LADE LIGHT represents the most innovative and exclusive integrated solution for the recharge and management of traction batteries, especially recommended for medium-large sized fleets of forklifts.
Unique features making LADE LIGHT a successful solution can be summed up in three points:
- It allows to extend the batteries warranty for the whole duration of the forklifts rental contract.
- It allows for energetic savings above 20% compared to the use of standard high frequency battery chargers.
- It allows to use high frequency battery chargers in dirty or open-air environments, where they are directly exposed to weather conditions.
TECHNICAL INFORMATION
- Batteries with a capacity between 200Ah and 2.000Ah.
- Batteries with different technologies:
- Wet lead-acid, recharging in 8 - 11 -13 hours
- Wet lead-acid suitable for ultra-rapid charging (“opportunity charge”): optionally, a temperature sensor can be installed on the battery
- GEL or AGM lead
- lithium-ion
- any other chemistry

- Charging cycle selection via the display (3,5” TFT).
- Possibility of autonomously developing specific charging cycles via the Power Suite installed on a PC and then up-loading to the battery charger via the USB port.
- If required, all ‘standard’ charging cycles (8-11-13 hours) are also available.
- Communication with ID-BATT for automatic up-load of the charge cycle installed on each battery.
- CAN communication with the battery BMS (only in combination with ID-BATT-CAN).
- Communication with the thermal probe installed on the battery.
- USB port.
- Possibility to update the FW via USB port.
- SAFE-OFF solution for disconnecting the connection plug from the battery without the risk of dangerous “sparks”.
- Highly visible LEDs for immediate charging status identification.
